📦 Order Processing & Delivery Time

Once an order is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch.
The estimated delivery time for all products is within 5 weeks from the order confirmation date.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location, availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

💳 Payments

60% advance payment is required at the time of placing an order.
Remaining payment must be cleared before or at the time of delivery/installation (as informed by our team).
Orders will not be processed without receiving the required advance payment.

🛠️ Installation Service

Installation will be performed by a HAPPY PLAYROOMS trained employee at the customer’s location.
Installation service is free of charge.
Only fare / travel charges will apply, which vary from city to city.
Fare charges will be communicated to the customer before installation.

🔁 No Return & No Refund

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please review product details carefully before placing an order.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
After verification, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed or after advance payment is received.

📞 Customer Responsibility

Customer must ensure proper space and accessibility at the installation location.
